With arms as strong as steel,
a heart that will never break,
he stood up to his girl,
though he knew what she could take.
though her beauty was exuberant,
her smile was just as fair,
and when he fell, he fell hard,
for a girl who is not all there.
she was his night, he was her sun,
and when night would fall,
that’s when her job begun.
she stayed with him through it all,
until the end when she let him fall.
